The shooting drill is when the player shoots 3 shots from each spot and they have to make all 3 in a row in order for them to move onto the next spots. 

Benefits: This drill will benefit the player tremendously because it will help improve the player follow through and will most importantly help improve there shot percentage to be able to shoot in the game and make their shots.
