This drill is when the player is dribbling the ball back and forth from one end of the court to the other and is shooting the ball from the free-throw line.

Benefits: This drill will help the player improve their stamina because they are constantly running back and forth from one side of the court to the next, and this will teach the basketball player to shoot off the dribble as well as being able to shoot a shot and make it when being fatigued.
